THERE WERE two double hundreds hit over two days in the Bradford Premier League last weekend as Townville’s Chris Holliday and Farsley’s Joe Pocklington both went big.
On the Saturday, coming in at three, Holliday smashed an unbeaten 224 from 152 balls against Bradford & Bingley. He launched 10 sixes and hit 26 fours as Townville posted a mammoth 342-5 from their 50 overs.
Bingley in reply posted 232 all out, Joe Pyrah making 69 and Matthew Duce 64 not out as Dushan Vimukthi took 5-47.
