An unbeaten 105 from 85 balls from Nathan Farmer saw Epsom College U17s crowned The Cricket Paper National Schools Cup champions after they defeated Solihull School U17s by eight wickets in the final of the boys’ competition at Loughborough University.
Farmer hit 14 fours and three sixes as Epsom chased down their target of 211 with 7.2 overs to spare.
He was well supported by skipper Alex Chambers who made a 53-ball 66. Ralphie Albert was not out at the end on 30.
