BRENTWOOD WERE crowned National Club Champions after a nine-wicket win over Liverpool side Northern.
With two previous national final appearances, Northern arrived at Worcester determined to make it third time lucky on their quest to be able at last to call themselves national champions, but were ultimately denied by a spectacular Brentwood batting display.
