ESSEX coach Anthony McGrath believes Alastair Cook will be as hungry as ever for runs when he begins his first full county season for 14 years this summer.
Cook, or Sir Alastair as he is now known after he was knighted in the New Year’s Honours List, bade an emotional farewell to international cricket last summer when he hit a fairytale hundred in his final Test against India at The Oval in September.
