The signs are easy to spot. Grown men carrying lunch boxes as they amble hurriedly down the street. Respectable older gents on the train decked out in their finery, some offering just a subtle glimpse of the famous MCC ‘eggs ‘n’ bacon’ colour scheme, a high sock here, a pocket square there.
