Croft’s got big plans to propel Glamorgan

GLAMORGAN’S head coach Robert Croft has short and long term plans to make the team a success on all fronts.
Croft expects the county to challenge with the white ball this season but that progress with the red ball could take longer.
He said: “It’s the first time we’ve had the opportunity to think short, medium and long term”, he said. “From a white-ball perspective the aim is to be at the sharp end of the competitions. We’ve earned the right to be respected as a good one day team.
