DESPITE an eighth-place finish in Division Two last season, there is a growing sense of optimism that Glamorgan have a bright future – with an exciting pool of Welsh youngsters breaking through under the tutelage of Robert Croft.
This season may come slightly too early, but after a 2016 campaign where they only made a serious dent in the T20 Blast – reaching the quarter-finals – it is hard not to predict improvements.
