KENT’S teenage batsman Zak Crawley has targeted a regular place in the first-XI after signing a new long-term contract.
Crawley, 19, played in four County Championship games this season after scoring 62 on his first-class debut against the
West Indies in August.
He said: “I’ve really enjoyed my cricket this season. I started slowly but found some good form and it was great to get a few opportunities with the first team. Making my professional debut was a dream come true and to do it for my home county was even more special.
