RICHARD HADLEE believes Jimmy Anderson can become the leading pace bowler in history – and sees the Ashes as a stepping stone rather than a full-stop in his 15-year Test career.
The Kiwi great was the first man to break through the 400-wicket barrier back in 1990, and was generally acknowledged to be the finest swing bowler of his generation.
The same can now be said of Anderson, who has mastered the art of the swinging cricket ball since first breaking into the England side in 2002.
