CRICKET has certainly come a long way with the use of technology to ascertain the correct decisions for batsmen.
Now the technology should extend to bowlers. Surely it would not be beyond television to line up the popping crease for no-balls (a la Wimbledon tennis). A beep would be heard by the bowler’s end umpire who would then call the no-ball.
