HOW much of the drama surrounding Ben Stokes results from the excessive hype and overestimation of his talents by the media, public and, worst of all, team management.
Yes, he balances the team but his bowling is modest – on a par with Mitchell Marsh and it is doubtful he would be worth his place in a top international side as a batsman alone.
