SUFFOLK fought a brave rearguard action in a tense finish which denied Lincolnshire what seemed to be a certain victory and set up an intriguing conclusion to the Eastern Division season. Former Essex seamer Michael Comber, with his second half century of the match, and Tom Rash (49) stalled Lincolnshire’s victory push with an eighth wicket partnership of 97.
