‘Visibly upset’: Moeen Ali

STUART Broad has pledged his support to England team-mate Moeen Ali over his allegation that one of the Australian players called the spinner “Osama” during the 2015 Ashes Test in Cardiff.
Coach Trevor Bayliss revealed Moeen persuaded his colleagues not to make an official complaint at the time but Broad recalls: “Moeen was visibly upset. Obviously what has been said is unconfirmed but that sort of thing is horrendous and all you can do is support him.”
