PAUL Farbrace ends five years as England’s assistant coach at the conclusion of this tour of the West Indies at the weekend, but he is excited by the prospect of becoming Warwickshire’s director of sport.
The 51-year-old joined England as former coach Peter Moores’ assistant in 2014 and has since been seen as a key architect of the revival of the white-ball teams under current head coach Trevor Bayliss.
