THE winds of change have whipped briskly through the Ageas Bowl this winter but director of cricket Giles White, who remains a fixture at the south coast county, is optimistic that, given a fair breeze, Hampshire can challenge on all fronts this season.
Craig White left his role as head coach in November and Hampshire start the new campaign with South African Adrian Birrell at the helm, assisted by his new lieutenants Alfonso Thomas and Jimmy Adams.
