A week or so ago I had the perfect view of Spencer Johnson’s 3-1 – that’s three wickets for one run off 20 balls – for Oval Invincibles against Manchester Originals in the men’s Hundred. I was sitting right behind him, up in the stands among a packed Oval crowd. My enraptured eight-year-old son sat next to me.
