SOMERSET skipper Tom Abell has backed the “incredible” Craig Overton to blossom on the international stage this summer.
Since the start of last year’s Bob Willis Trophy, no English-qualified player has claimed more than the all-rounder’s 66 first-class wickets – which have cost just 13.12 a piece – while he has also racked up 474 runs at an average of 31.6.
