AZEEM Rafiq’s legal battle with Yorkshire is set to continue.
Rafiq alleged he suffered racist abuse while playing for Yorkshire and took the club to an employment tribunal.
But no resolution was agreed and the matter is now set to be dealt with by a Case Management Conference.
A statement read: “Having tried to find a way to resolve the issues between the Club and Azeem Rafiq through the process of Judicial Mediation, the club is sorry to say that resolution did not prove possible.”
