TAMMY Beaumont wrote her name in the history books after guiding England to a comfortable eight-wicket victory in the first one-day international against India in Bristol.
Beaumont’s unbeaten 87 – coupled with and a powerful 74 not out from Nat Sciver – helped England chase down 202 to claim two points in the multi-format series.
In doing so, she become only the fourth English woman to score four consecutive scores of 50+ in ODIs.
