SUSSEX have handed rookie contracts to teen talents Oli Carter, Dan Ibrahim and Archie Lenham.
Sixteen-year-old pair Ibrahim and Lenham have made their first-team debuts this season and both scored half-centuries over the last week.
Carter, 19, has starred for the Second XI and been named in T20 Blast squads.
Ibrahim said: “I’m delighted to sign a rookie contract and am thankful to Sussex for giving me this opportunity.
“Not once did I think it would come this quickly.”
