FORMER England captain Michael Vaughan hailed Joe Root’s game-changing century on day four of this first Test against India as one of the greatest innings of all time.
Root’s 109 ensured his team, who were bundled out for 183 on day one of this match, posted 303 in their second innings to set India a target of 209 to win.
