SKIPPER Will Rhodes praised his Warwickshire side for keeping their Royal London One Day Cup campaign alive with a dominant 134-run win over Northamptonshire at Edgbaston.
The 26-year-old – who hit 65 – enjoyed a 133-run partnership with Michael Burgess that paved the way for victory, with the latter hitting a one-day career-best 73 for the second time in 15 days.
With rain reducing play to 46 overs a side, 65 from Matthew Lamb and 54 off 44 balls from Dan Mousley helped Warwickshire finish with a total of 278-6.
