THERE’S no question that The Hundred has been an incredible platform for women’s cricket and Western Storm skipper Sophie Luff believes the return of regional cricket could give a true indication of how successful it has been.
Luff was captain of the Welsh Fire in The Hundred and will now return to Storm duty as the Charlotte Edwards Cup takes centre stage.
The Storm won the last regional T20 competition, back in 2019, but will likely need to win their three remaining group games to progress to the knockout stages.
