EDDIE Byrom has revealed the chance to work with Matthew Maynard again helped convince him to make the move from Somerset to Glamorgan.
The Zimbabwean-born batsman played under Glamorgan coach Maynard at Somerset.
Byrom, 24, has moved on loan ahead of signing a twoyear contract at the end of the season.
He said: “This move will give me the chance to experience a new environment and link up again with Matt Maynard, who I get on really well with.”
