GLAMORGAN coach Matthew Maynard suggested his side’s ‘topsy-turvy’ season has been the result of chopping and changing formats, after they slipped to another County Championship defeat.
Gloucestershire’s Pakistan spinner Zafar Gohar spun the Welsh county in knots in their second innings, as the visitors completed a ten-wicket win in Cardiff.
Glamorgan had posted a respectable first innings score of 309, largely thanks to new boy Eddie Byrom’s patient 78 (210 balls) and opener David Lloyd’s punchy 73.
