THEY certainly missed her during the 20-over stuff. Nat Sciver-Brunt governed affairs at Grace Road – this was her 100th ODI, she was stand-in skipper and, oh, she also smashed a 66 ball hundred to boot as England sealed a 2-0 series victory over Sri Lanka.
In a rain-affected clash that took the match down to 31 overs per side, Sciver-Brunt put on a staggering third-wicket partnership of 193 alongside Maia Bouchier, who was playing just her third ODI.
