AUSTRALIA’S 2023 tour of England is the main focus point of season three of Amazon Prime’s The Test, which started streaming last Friday 24.
The documentary notably features all of the drama around Alex Carey’s infamous stumping of Jonny Bairstow, revealing that it was captain Pat Cummins who had encouraged the Aussie keeper to go for the dismissal.
“We were pretty clear from the outset that a few of us had seen something. Yes, it was Alex who threw the ball but that was a team wicket,” Cummins told The Guardian.
