BRYCES ARE RIGHT AS BLAZE GO OUT IN GLORY

It was a tale of two sisters in the final of this year’s Charlotte Edwards Cup, as the Blaze faced off against the South East Stars. After winning the toss and electing to bowl, the Blaze were soon on the back foot as Bryony Smith, recalled to England’s T20 side this summer, helped the Stars reach 22-0 after the first over. Thereafter, pegged back by Heather Graham (3-16) and Josie Groves (333), the Stars stuttered to 141-9 from their allotted overs.
