Foster adjusting to life on the fringes at Essex

JAMES Foster has admitted he is struggling to get used to being on the sidelines, having been left out of the Essex side this season.
Wicketkeeper Foster, 37, is a former Essex captain though is yet to play this season with Adam Wheater being the man behind the stumps.
Foster has been working as cricket professional with Forest School in east London, where he was once a pupil.
