I SUPPOSE I should be grateful that some live cricket will be screened on terrestrial TV in future – but I can’t help but feel disappointed that it will only be 2020.
That’s the form of the game which is already generating publicity – often to the cost of first class cricket.
It’s Test and county cricket which needs support and free-to-air coverage.
Otherwise, I’m afraid, we face an increasingly 2020 world
