PADDY Upton isn’t your average coach. After all, it’s not often that a man with four university degrees agrees to an interview in the afternoon following a morning spent surfing with sharks off the coast of Cape Town.
“You see them all the time – but as long as you’re sensible you’ll be fine,” he tells The Cricket Paper. “We surf in groups of three or four and generally they’ll leave you alone.”
