Cricket moving in on Indian soccer boom

GIVEN the enormous sums in Indian sport it should be no surprise that the 2017 edition of football’s Indian Super League (ISL) is of as much interest to the likes of MS Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar as its cricket equivalent.
Next month will see the start of the fifth edition of the ISL, although in keeping with the somewhat chaotic nature of scheduling in the country, no one is sure when it begins.
