WHAT a bitter article penned by Derek Pringle in relation to Adil Rashid and Alex Hales (TCP, Feb 23).
The fact they choose to concentrate only on white-ball cricket – having discussed and, in Rashid’s case, re-negotiated his contract – is their business, surely?
The fact that they are fed-up of being trawled round the world as drinks waiters while inferior establishment-preferred players perform abysmally in their place is more than enough to justify their decisions.
