JAMES Morris has hoovered up a glut of medals as Berkshire captain but insists his only motivation is help nurture the next batch of academy talent.
Berkshire made history last season by becoming the first minor county to win the Unicorns Championship and the One-Day tournament in the same season.
The county have won two successive three-day Championships but Morris is only focused on celebrating Berkshire’s successful academy system.
