PHIL SALT has hailed Jason Gillespie’s impact on the Sussex dressing room, with the opener about to complete his most successful county campaign.
The 22-year-old made his Sussex debut back in July 2016 but is now firmly established in Gillespie’s side after scoring over 700 runs in a summer dominated by the ball across the two divisions.
