All over: Phil Simmons has reached a settlement agreement with Cricket West Indies

AXED Phil Simmons has finally reached “amicable resolution” with his former bosses at Cricket West Indies – three years after he got the chop.
Simmons, the former Windies opening batsman who is currently the Afghanistan head coach, lodged a legal case against CWI for constructive dismissal after he was sacked in September 2016 due to “differences in culture and strategic approach”.
