HAMPSHIRE’S Tom Prest tore through West Indies Under 19s with his part-time off- spin to give England Under 19s a 1-0 series lead at Beckenham yesterday.
Prest took figures of 5-18 as the West Indies collapsed from 90-2 to 123 all out in pursuit of England’s challeng- ing 289-9.
Earlier, captain Ja- cob Bethell top scored with 69 – well support- ed by James Rew (59) and Alex Horton (53) – as England sauntered to a comfortable 166-run victory in the first of the six-match ODI series.
