New role: Yorkshire’s Jonny Tattersall
YORKSHIRE keeper Jonny Tattersall, once a novice behind the stumps little more than 12 months ago but now firmly established as the county’s first choice, had his appraisal this week at Headingley along with other team-mates.
Given his remarkable progress last season after taking over from Andy Hodd, it would be no surprise if the 24-year-old received top marks from his boss, director of cricket, Martyn Moxon, who says Tattersall has taken to keeping like a duck to water.
