A 106-RUN third wicket stand between Ludo Rhys Williams and Max Ritchie helped Eton to a comfortable victory over Shiplake.
Chasing 128 to win, Eton had slumped 10-2 before the end of the second over in difficult batting conditions in a match reduced to 30 overs a side.
But Williams (60 not out) and Ritchie (46), after a period of consolidation, began to play with confidence and aggression.
They had added 106 in 120 balls when Ritchie holed out at mid-off with four to win as Eton went on to win by seven wickets with 39 balls to spare....
