Chevy Green says helping to make the game more inclusive through the African-Caribbean Engagement Programme (ACE) was just as rewarding as playing professionally.
"Not being talented enough to become a professional player for Surrey, it was always an aspiration to one day work for the club,” says Green, who filled a variety of roles from development officer to cricket participation manager over the last decade.
