NATHAN Sowter reminded the Middlesex hierarchy of his red-ball potential with 123 and six wickets in their second string’s ten-wicket win over Essex at Billericay.
The tenacious leg spinner has become a fixture in his county’s white-ball sides but only ever featured once in the County Championship, against a Warwickshire side in August 2017.
