PETER Moores hopes Nottinghamshire can harness the T20 Blast and give their hapless County Championship campaign a shot in the arm against Yorkshire at Scarborough.
The Outlaws are well placed to challenge for the top four in the shortest form but are cut adrift in the four-day stakes, winless in ten games and 38 points adrift at the bottom.
Rather than bemoaning a quick turnaround that sees his side shift from white ball to red in just over 36 hours, Moores wants T20 momentum to translate into improvement in the Championship.
