WHATEVER happens in the rest of James Bracey’s career, he can always boast that on July 1, 2020, he was the most watched cricketer on the planet. With the rest of the country gingerly getting back on its feet post-lockdown, Bracey took to the crease in the gloom at Hampshire’s Ageas Bowl and scored a superbly crafted 85 as thousands watched on the ECB’s live feed.
