during Day 2 of the LV County Championship Division One match between Hampshire and Worcestershire at Ageas Bowl on June 1, 2015 in Southampton, England.

TOM Fell has been given the all-clear to fly Down Under following testicular cancer surgery.

The Worcestershire batsman had an operation last month, but was given the go-ahead to make the trip to play grade cricket by a specialist. He will fly to Perth on Monday to play for Mount Lawley.

The 22-year-old said: “The results were all fine. I am looking forward to playing some cricket again and it is great news that I can go away until the end of February.”

Fell must have regular check-ups while in Australia after deciding not to have chemotherapy, and will be seen by doctors every month.
