FORMER Hampshire and Gloucestershire wicketkeeper Adam Rouse has signed for Kent on a two-year deal.
The 23-year-old had a trial spell with Kent at the start of last season and featured for the county’s second XI in 2014.
Rouse has played five first-class matches since making his debut for Hampshire in 2013, as well as appearing 10 times in the limited-overs formats.
Rouse, a former England U19 international said: “I’m delighted to be rejoining Kent on a more permanent basis. I really enjoyed my time at the beginning of last year.
“Hopefully I can use this opportunity to push on and secure a regular first-team spot.”
