JACK Leaning has revealed that he thought it was time for a change after he clinched a move to Kent from Yorkshire.
Leaning’s three-year deal at Kent will kick in on October 1.
“I’m really excited by the prospect”, Leaning said. “It’s at the right stage of my career to have a bit of a change.
“Kent felt like the right fit for me having spoken to the club. I’m really looking forward to it.”
