ESSEX have completed a remarkable turnaround in the past fornight from also-rans to the first side qualified for the T20 Blast Finals Day.
And after Wednesday night’s dramatic sixwicket quarter-final win over Lancashire, Eagles skipper Ryan ten Doeschate admitted that stinging criticism had brought the side closer together.
