SOMERSET took advantage of a rain-hit day in the T20 Blast on Sunday to gain ground in the South Group with a 38- run win over Middlesex under the DLS method.

On a day when three games were abandoned, half-centuries from Peter Trego and Lewis Gregory helped Somerset to victory at the Cooper Associates County Ground.
