WORCESTERSHIRE Rapids opener Brett D’Oliveira was delighted after his quickfire 67 helped dispatch Durham at New Road.
Alongside Jake Libby (78no), D’Oliveira’s turn with the bat helped to chase down Durham’s total of 178 with just three balls left to record an eight-wicket win.
And after both he and Libby posted career-best T20 figures, D’Oliveira admitted that it was nice to get back to winning ways after three defeats from four.
“It’s been a tough couple of games as we well know and it was just nice to get that win and get back on the horse,” explained D’Oliveira.
