HARRY Brook and hat-trick hero Lockie Ferguson combined as Yorkshire Vikings clinched a dramatic nine-run victory over Lancashire Lightning in the Roses clash at Headingley.
Brook was cool and focused with the bat but admitted after the match he didn’t realise Ferguson was on a hat-trick when the New Zealander sealed Yorkshire’s win in style.
Lancashire initially wobbled in reply to Yorkshire’s 180-4 but recovered to need ten runs from the final four balls before Ferguson took the Vikings’ first-ever Blast treble.
